Section 129(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)The Court shall, after the plaint has been filed, issue a notice to the co-tenure-holders of the holding calling upon them to appear and file objections, if any, on a date to be fixed by him.
