Section 13(2) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
(2)The Registrar shall be responsible for the custody of the records and the common seal of the University. He shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the Academic Council and the Board, and shall place before them all such information as may be necessary for the transaction of business. He shall receive applications for entrance to the University and shall keep a permanent record of all syllabii, curricula and other information as may be deemed necessary.
