(3)The inspecting officer shall, for the purposes of inspection, have power to examine on oath and record the statement of any employees and directors of the REIT or parties to the REIT or [holdco or SPV(s) or] [Inserted by Notification No. SEBI/L.A.D.-NRO/GN/2016-17/022, dated 29.11.2016 (w.e.f. 26.9.2014).] any person responsible for or connected with the activities of REIT or any other associated person having relevant information pertaining to such REIT.
