                         today.

                         CORAM :
                                    HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ MISRA
                                    HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JOYMALYA BAGCHI

                         For Petitioner(s) :
                                              Mr. K. K. Mani, AOR
                                              Ms. T.archana, Adv.

                         For Respondent(s) :

                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                 O R D E R

1. We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. Though we find the impugned judgment of Signature Not Verified the High Court a bit cryptic but, considering Digitally signed by CHETAN ARORA Date: 2025.10.13 13:02:33 IST Reason: the nature of allegations made in the First Information Report (“FIR”) including the long duration of relationship between the complainant and the accused, we do not find it to be a fit case for interfering with the order of the High Court quashing the FIR.

3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
