Section 3(e) in The Bombay State Dental Council (Reconstitution And Reorganization Order, 1961
(e)the Presidents and the Vice-Presidents of the Maharashtra State Dental Council and the Gujarat State Dental Council shall be nominated by the Government of Maharashtra and the Government of Gujarat, as the case may be, from amongst the members of the Council;
