13. Grant of duplicate copy of registration certificate.
- If a registration certificate granted under these rules is lost, destroyed, defaced or becomes unintelligible, the Registering Authority shall on application and on payment of a fee of rupees fifty per copy, grant a duplicate registration certificate. Such certificate shall he stamped "Duplicate" in red ink.
