In the Schedule attached to the Madras Port Trust Employees' (Appointment, Promotion etc.) Regulations, 1977, the existing clause shown against item 4(c) in the manner of appointment to the post of Engineer Superintendent (Dredging) under "III-Engineering Department", shall be substituted as under :-
