MR. SPEAKER: I have to inform the House that I have received a letter dated 8th May, 2007 from Shri Alemao Churchill, an elected Member from Marmugao parliamentary constituency of Goa resigning from the Membership of Lok Sabha with immediate effect.
I have accepted his resignation with effect from 8th May, 2007.
