Section 3(1) in Andhra Pradesh Land Licensed Cultivators Act, 2011
(1)On and from the date of commencement of the Act, every licensed cultivator, who requires a Loan and Other Benefits Eligibility Card, shall be entitled to enter his name in the register of loan and other benefits in respect of concerned land, maintained for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed.
