Section 10 in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008
10. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be the Authorities of the University, namely:-(i)The Executive Council;(ii)The Academic Senate;(iii)The Faculties;(iv)The Board of Studies; and(v)Such other bodies, as the Statutes may declare to be Authorities of the University.
