This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of F.C.O.P. No.119 of 17 titled as “Ritesh Agarwal Vs. Sandhya Agarwal” pending in the Family Court, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chennai to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra at Mumbai.
None appears on behalf of the respondent though served. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra at Mumbai.
We direct accordingly.
The Family Court, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chennai, shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra at Mumbai.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
