1. We take note of the principal challenge which stands raised in this batch of writ petitions and which pertains to the validity of Section 132(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 and the action of the National Financing Reporting Authority ["NFRA"].
2. The writ petitions themselves assail Show Cause Notices ["SCNs"] which have come to be issued post the submission of Audit Quality Review Reports ["AQRRs"] as well as final orders which This is a digitally signed order.

Our final judgment in Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP vs. Union of India & Anr. [2025 SCC OnLine Del 641] has dealt with the challenge as raised.
3. On the appeal that was taken against the aforesaid decision, the Supreme Court on 17 February 2025 has framed interim orders of protection in the following terms:-
"Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, in cases where there were no Audit Quality Review Reports (AQRR) prepared and no final orders have been passed, the proceedings may continue but no final orders will be passed. We clarify that where final orders have been passed, such orders will not be given effect to. "
4. We are thus of the prima facie view that the aforesaid interim protection would equally apply to all these writ petitions, be it a challenge to the SCNs or final orders passed by the NFRA.
5. However, in order to enable the Court to examine these writ petitions independently, let these matters be now placed before the Roster Bench on 17.03.2025 subject to appropriate orders being obtained from Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
