Section 6(2) in Haryana Lokayukta Functions Inquiry and Investigation Rules, 1999
(2)If a person produces such a certificate before his employer, he shall not be deemed to be absent from duty for the purpose of any action/penalty which would otherwise have followed in consequence of such absence.
