(1)The records of the Conciliation Board shall contain the following particulars:-(i)the order constituting the Board;(ii)written statements filed by the parties to the dispute, if any;(iii)memorandum of evidence of each witness, if any;(iv)documents produced by the parties to dispute in support of their case, if any; and(v)decision of the Board
