20. Cotton seed dealers and seed producers to display stock and price board.
- Every dealer and producer of cotton seeds shall display in his place of business,-(1)the opening and closing stocks, on daily basis, of different varieties of cotton seeds held by him:(2)a list indicating prices or rate of unit size for different varieties of cotton seed
