174. License for public toilets and urinals.
(1)The Corporation may grant license to a private individual or organization for maintenance and regulation of use of public toilets and urinals constructed by it and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by regulations.(2)Such licensee shall be entitled to recover from the users such fee for the use of the public toilets and urinals as may be determined by regulations.(3)No person shall keep or maintain a toilet or urinal for public use without the specific permission of the Corporation and the Corporation may impose such conditions therefor as it may consider necessary.
