(1)If a person serving or having served under a committee has been or is transferred from or to the service of the State Government or is partly employed by the State Government and partly by a committee, the committee shall make such contributions to his pension and leave allowances as may be required, by the conditions of his service under the State Government to be paid by him or on his behalf.
