Section 5(1) in The Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine (Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Correct Minutes of the Meetings of the Board) Rules, 1954
(1)Prior to any meeting of the Board, the Registrar shall under the instructions of the President, prepare a provisional programme of business, and shall furnish a copy thereof to each Member of the Board, not less than fifteen days before the day of the meeting.
