Section 15(1) in The Collection of Statistics Rules, 2011
(1)In cases of alleged offences committed by any informant as per provisions of the Act, any statistics officer, after making such inquiries as deemed fit, may cause a notice issued to the informant in writing to show cause within a reasonable period to be specified in the notice as to why prosecution under the Act shall not be sanctioned for committing the alleged offence.
