3. This is an Application filed by the Plaintiff seeking exemption from instituting pre-litigation Mediation under Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 ("CC Act").
4. As the present matter contemplates urgent interim relief, in light of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Yamini Manohar v. T.K.D. Krithi, 2023 SCC OnLine SC 1382, exemption from the requirement of pre-institution Mediation is granted.

6. This is an Application filed by the Plaintiff under Order XI Rule 1(4) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") seeking leave to file confidential correspondence exchanged between the Parties in a sealed cover.
7. Considering the averments made in the present Application, the same is allowed and the Plaintiff is directed to file the same within two week and the Registry is directed to accept the said documents to be filed in a sealed cover.
8. Upon the Plaintiff filing the said documents, the Registry shall get the documents, so filed, scanned and added to the electronic file of the present case in a separate folder.

10. This Application has been filed by the Plaintiff seeking permission to place on record CD / pen drive containing video clips of Defendants' infringing activities.
11. In facts and circumstances as stated in the Application, the same is allowed. The CD / pen drive be taken on record.

15. The Defendants shall file the Written Statement(s) within six weeks from the filing of additional documents. Along with the Written Statement(s), the Defendants shall also file an Affidavit(s) of Admission / Denial of the documents of the Plaintiff, without which the Written Statement(s) shall not be taken on record.
16. Liberty is granted to the Plaintiff to file Replication(s), if any, within three weeks from the receipt of the Written Statement(s). Along with the Replication(s) filed by the Plaintiff, an Affidavit of Admission / Denial of the documents of Defendants be filed by the Plaintiff, without which the Replication(s) shall not be taken on record.
17. The Parties shall file all original documents in support of their respective claims along with their respective pleadings. In case any Party is placing reliance on a document, which is not in their power and possession, its details and source shall be mentioned in the list of reliance, which shall also be filed with the pleadings.
18. If any of the Parties wish to seek inspection of any documents, the same shall be sought and given within the prescribed timelines.

20. In this Application filed by the Plaintiff under Order II Rule 2 read with Section 151 of the CPC, Plaintiff seek the following reliefs:
"(i) Grant leave to the Plaintiff to add to or amend claims as prayed for in the plaint filed in the present proceedings, including a claim for infringement of additional patents held by the Plaintiff which are found to be infringed by the Defendants' devices at a later stage in CS(COMM) 1171/2025 Page 3 of 7 This is a digitally signed order.

(iii) Grant leave to the Plaintiff to enhance its claim for damages at a later stage in the present proceedings;
(iv) Grant leave to the Plaintiff to amend the plaint, and include claims for infringement of any additional granted claim(s) of the suit patents IN 296702, IN 271483, IN 266951, IN 430270 and IN 308868 which are found to be infringed by the Defendants' devices.
21. For the reasons stated in this Application, the same is allowed with liberty as prayed for.

23. The Plaintiff has filed the present Application under Section 151 of the CPC seeking deposit of pro tem security.
24. Issue Notice. The Notice is accepted by the learned Counsel for the Defendants.
25. Reply be filed within seven weeks with copy to the Plaintiff. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.
26. The Parties are directed to file their respective Written Submissions one week before the next date of hearing.

29. For the reasons stated in this Application, the same is allowed. The following directions are issued in respect of the questions in Document-A to the present Application:
(i) Insofar as Interrogatory Nos. 1, 2 and 4 (details of licenses of the Defendants and their affiliates with respect to the 4G (LTE), 5G (NR) standards and duration of manufacture and sale of devices by the Defendants in India are concerned, the same shall be answered and such answers shall be provided to Counsel for the Plaintiff within five weeks, to be filed in a sealed cover.
(ii) Insofar as Interrogatories Nos. 3, 5 to 14 (number of units sold and exported, revenues of sales and revenues of export by the Defendants) are concerned, the requisite details shall be placed before the Court in a sealed cover within eight weeks. The Court shall decide at the appropriate stage as to whether the same is to be disclosed to the Plaintiff or not.
30. Defendant Nos. 1 to 5 individually, through their constituted attorney or authorised signatory are directed to answer to the interrogatories set out above by way of Affidavit(s) in answer within two weeks from date. Objections to answering, if any, shall be taken in the Affidavit(s) in answer. Liberty is granted to the Plaintiff to apply, if any, further direction is required to answer any omitted interrogatories or answer further any insufficiently answered interrogatories.

32. This is an Application filed by the Plaintiff under Order XI Rule 1 (4) read with Section 151 of the CPC seeking leave to file additional documents, within a period of thirty days.
33. The Plaintiff, if they wish to file additional documents will file the same within a period of two weeks from date, and it shall do so strictly in accordance with the provisions of the CC Act and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018. The liberty granted shall stand exhausted, if not exercised within the time granted.
34. The time to file Written Statement and Reply in I.A. 27226/2025, will commence after two weeks once the additional documents have been filed.

36. Issue Notice. The learned Counsel for the Defendants accepts Notice.
37. The Plaintiff, LG Electronics Inc. have filed the present Suit against the Defendants seeking restraining the Defendants from infringing the Plaintiff's patents and Plaintiff's Standard Essential Patents ("SEPs"), a declaration that Plaintiff have complied with Fair Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory obligations to European Telecommunications Standards Institute and Third Generation Partnership Project, 4G and 5G standards in India.
38. In this Suit, the Plaintiff is asserting that SEPs directed to technologies incorporated into the 4G and 5G cellular standards. Through this Application, the Plaintiff is seeking, inter alia, an order for a temporary injunction CS(COMM) 1171/2025 Page 6 of 7 This is a digitally signed order.

c. Patent No. 266951 titled "METHOD FOR ACQUIRING RESOURCE REGION INFORMATION FOR PHICH AND METHOD OF RECEIVING PDCCH".
d. Patent No. 430270 titled "METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR TRANSMITTING A RANDOM ACCESS PREAMBLE TO A BASE STATION".
e. Patent No. 308868 titled "METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING UPLINK SIGNALS".
39. Let the Reply to this Application be filed within eight weeks from the date when the additional documents are filed as per Order in I.A. 27228/2025. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within three weeks.
