Section 2(b) in Karnataka Nursing and Paramedical Sciences Education (Regulation) Authority Act, 2012
(b)"approved school" means any school or institution in any specified area imparting education in para medical sciences or nursing education which,-(i)is under the management of the State Government or a local authority; or(ii)being under any other management, is recognised by the authority or by an officer authorised by the Authority;
