124. Powers and Functions of the Environment Officer.
- The Environment Officer shall perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Commissioner in accordance with the resolutions of the Corporation concerning the overall ecology of the area of the Corporation and shall be responsible for complying with the directions of Government to protect the environment from pollution.
