Section 73(m) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(m)He shall not take part in or subscribe in aid of or assist in any way in any movement, organization or activity which tends to directly or indirectly create communal disharmony, religious hatred, and other activities connected to subvert the Government established by law in the country or State.
