Section 6(iii) in The Tamil Nadu Village Servant's Family Benefit Fund Scheme Rules, 1984
(iii)Employees who have no family shall be exempted from joining the Family Benefit Fund Scheme, as is allowed in the case of Fathers/ Nuns in the Educational Institutions.
