(8)The language of the Tribunal shall be English:Provided that the parties to the proceedings before the Tribunal may, file documents/proceedings drawn up in Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi, if they so desire:Provided further that every such document or proceeding in Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi shall be accompanied by its true translation in English.
