- The authority which grants casual leave shall cause a register to be maintained. In the case of subordinate police officers the register shall be kept in B.P. Form No. 159 in the Reserve office. Sub-divisional Police Officers and Inspectors empowered to grant such leave shall invariably send a copy of their orders to the Superintendent for entry in this register.In the case of other officers a register in Bengal Form No. 107 shall be kept. These registers shall be examined by inspecting officers.
