Section 25(1) in The Orissa Entertainment Tax Rules, 2006
(1)The tickets for admission to a cinematograph exhibition or any other regular programme of entertainment shall be issued by the proprietor only from a booking office provided for the purpose. In case of programme of casual nature, the tickets shall be issued only from the counters which have been permitted by the Commissioner under sub-rule (3) of rule 19.
