(6)The executing agency shall remit the auction money socollected from the franchisee by a demand draft to the Pay and Accounts Officer( National Highway ), Ministry of Surface Transport, New Delhi . The Pay and Accounts Officer shall account the amount so received in the relevant receipt head inhis books.
