Section 23(1) in Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015
(1)The State Government may, for the purpose of ascertaining the standard of teaching, examination and research or any matter relating to the University, cause an assessment to be made in such manner as may be prescribed by the rules.
