1. The prayer made in the writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuing direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 7.6.2018, Annexure P.1, for restructuring the loan undertaken by the petitioners on account of an unfortunate incident fire in the business premises. A further prayer is made to quash the letter dated 1.6.2018, Annexure P.2, vide which the petitioners were directed to repay the outstanding amount.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 06-09-2018 00:33:13 ::: CWP No.21582 of 2018 -2- the petitioners to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
