Section 13(4) in Orissa Subordinate Finance Service (Local Fund Audit) Rules, 1995
(4)The Selection Board while considering the eligibility of the persons for promotion shall scrutinise the confidential character rolls for the last five years immediately proceeding the year in which the Board meets :Provided that in case of supersession the confidential character rolls of the entire service period of the persons proposed to be superseded shall be scrutinized.
