(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present matters are notified on Speaking to Minutes filed by learned Advocate Mr.J.T.Trivedi requesting that the title page of the judgment may incorporate the names of the parties in OJ Appeal No.152 of 2008 in Company Application No.657 of 2006 along with appearances.

Learned Advocate submitted that the parties in OJ Appeal No.152 of 2008 were different than the parties in OJ Appeal No.110 of 2008 and the matters were heard and decided together because they involved a common question. He submitted that as he is appearing for the Bank of India, whom a certified copy is furnished, from which one is not able to find out that the Bank of India was a party as only number of the matter is mentioned being OJ Appeal No.152 of 2008.
