13. Powers and duties conferrable on members of the Force
-The Government may, by general or special order published in the Government Gazette, direct that, subject to such conditions and limitations as may be specified in that order, any member of the Force may exercise or discharge such powers or duties as may be specified in the said order for giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
