Section 285(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(2)No person shall commit a breach of any direction given under sub-section (1) and if he does so he shall be deemed to have committed an offence under section 183 of the Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, 1989.
