Section 47(2) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (1) continuous cupboards or shelves with 60 cms. cantilever, projection shall be permitted provided the same is constructed underneath the silt portion of the window (not exceeding 90 cms. from floor) and over the lintel of windows (at height above 2.00 metres above floor level). This is applicable for all types of buildings.
