Section 1 in Govind Guru Tribal University at Banswara Act, 2012
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Govind Guru Tribal University at Banswara] [Substituted 'Rajiv Gandhi Tribal University at Udaipur' Rajasthan Act No. 10 of 2016, dated 18.4.2016.] Act, 2012.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 27th August, 2012.
