Section 18(1) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)The posts of officers and employees of the Corporation, other than those referred to in sub-section (1) of section [16] [Figures substituted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1995.], shall constitute the establishment of the Corporation.
