Section 1 in Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act, 2008
1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement.
- (i) This Act may be called the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act, 2008.(ii)It extend to the entire State of Jharkhand(iii)It shall come into force immediately.
