31. Teachers and Officers of the University.
- [(1) All teaching recognized by the University shall be conducted in the University departments or in collages, institutes and institutions.] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 10 of 2016, dated 18.4.2016.](2)Except in cases provided for by the Statutes, teachers and officers of the University shall be appointed under a written contract. The contract shall be lodged with the Vice-Chancellor and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the teacher or officer concerned. The contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the Statutes for the time being in force in relation to the conditions of service.
