Section 8(8)(a) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994

(a)Every college shall maintain a separate donor register in which the names and addresses of all persons who have donated at least Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty-five thousand) to the college, either in cash or in kind, shall be entered.
