Sri S.Rama Mohan Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Police have registered a case in Crime No.106 of 2021 for the offence under Section 506 IPC.
Recording the above submission, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order.
