(9)Boundary of plots in existing built up area to be shifted with reference to control line of street. - In existing built-up areas in the case of plots facing street/means of access less than 4.5 metres in width, the plot boundary shall be shifted to be away by 2.25 metres from the central line of the street/means of accessway to give rise to a new street/means of accessway width of 4.5 metres.
