27. Transfer of assets and liabilities of the Department of Public Health.
- The assets and liabilities of the Department of Public Health in such proportion as the Government may, by general or special order, specify, taking into consideration the work reduced in the Department of Public Health and made over to the Board, shall pass on to and vest in the Board.
