Section 20(3) in The Chhattisgarh Excise Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Foreign Liquor (In District Raipur, Durg, Rajnandgaon, Dhamtari and Mahasamund) Rules, 2001
(3)The licensee shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or refund for suspension or cancellation of licence under the rules.
