Section 1 in Goa Compensation to the Project Affected Persons and Vesting of Land in the Government Act, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Goa Compensation to the Project Affected Persons and Vesting of Land in the Government Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Goa.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of December, 2012.
