147. Exemption from provisions of this Chapter.
- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the provisions of Sections 148 to 159 (both inclusive) or any part thereof, shalt not be in force in any specified local area, or with reference to any class of villages or lands, or generally.
