Section 18(3) in The Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007
(3)A member or creditor of the co-operative societies to be amalgamated, divided or reorganized, objected to the scheme of amalgamation, division or re-organization with in the period specified in sub-rule(1), may apply to the Registrar for payment of his share or interest, and the amount in satisfaction of the dues as the case may be. Such application shall be separate and distinct from the objection or suggestion submitted under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Act. The Registrar, may nominate an officer not below the rank of an Assistant Registrar to investigate such applications and to determine the payments required to be made to the members or creditors, as the case may be.
