47. Appointment of First Vice-Chancellor.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 9, the first Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after coming into force of this Act for a period not exceeding one year on such terms and conditions as it may think fit.
