Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action on the 1% respondent vide AG-1501/11/2020-Sr.C-I, dated 28-12- 2020 to stoppage of grant in aid permanently to the 5th respondent Organization in accordance with the integrated program for senior citizens (IPRSC) run near RCM School, Karamchedu, Prakasam District, A.P., is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to provide grant in aid to the 5th respondent, IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to continue the petitioners in the 5th respondent organization till the petitioners were accommodated by the 2nd respondent in suitable organization who receives grant in aid from the ministry of Social Justice and empowerment, under IPRSC for running a Senior Citizens home at Near RCM School, Karamchedu, Prakasam District, A.P., pending disposal of WP 2387 of 2021, on the file of the High Court. The petition/Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N Subba Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners, and Sri N.
