HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJAY KAROL Order 29/08/2019 Mr. P.K. Ghosh, learned counsel, appears on behalf of claimant-respondents No.1 & 2 namely, Smti. Rina Debbarma and Miss Risha Debbarma respectively.
Undisputedly, claimant-respondent No.3 namely, Sri Biswamuni Debbarma, has since expired. As such, his name is directed to be deleted from the array of parties, for all the legal heirs are already on record.
As per office report claimant-respondent No.4 Smti. Baramati Debbarma stands served, but chosen not to enter appearance. Hence, case will proceed ex parte against respondent No.4.
Mr. Biplab Debnath, learned counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of owner-respondent No.5, Sri Badal Chandra Saha.
